Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage client billing and invoicing activities across multiple business entities
✔ Maintain accounts payable and receivable records accurately
✔ Handle collections, payment processing, and client billing communications
✔ Support cash flow management, reconciliations, and month-end reporting
✔ Coordinate with internal departments for timely invoice processing
✔ Build strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, collections, and invoicing
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or NetSuite
• Ability to manage multiple financial processes efficiently
• Previous consultancy or professional services experience is preferred
