Agay Barho is currently hiring a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance & Accounting in Lahore. This exciting opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who have strong expertise in accounting operations, financial reporting, inventory management, banking documentation, budgeting, and cost analysis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, maintaining accounting accuracy, handling banking and financing documentation, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, packaging, production, or industrial sectors will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage banking documentation including Letters of Credit (LC), import/export documents, loan documentation, and financing arrangements.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions regarding credit facilities, running finance, and banking agreements.
  • Maintain accounting records, bookkeeping, ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Prepare job costing, production costing, pre-costing, and post-costing reports.
  • Monitor inventory valuation, stock closing, store closing, and floor closing procedures.
  • Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Develop detailed financial reports and analytical dashboards.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting software for reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial regulations.
