Virtual Assistant Job Description

Are you organized, proactive, and tech-savvy? We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support senior management with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar management, meeting coordination, and administrative support. This role offers opportunities for remote work and occasional travel to Islamabad and the UAE for company events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and maintain Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar for management.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders for seamless time management.

  • Follow up with management and stakeholders to ensure meeting preparedness.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics including agendas, reminders, and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of schedules and important deadlines.

  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to leadership.

  • Travel to Islamabad and the UAE when required for official events.

Job Type:

  • Full-Time / Remote with occasional travel.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Flexible and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with online meeting tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet.

  • Basic administrative or coordination experience (internship preferred).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
