Looking to advance your career in finance and accounting? JazzWorld is hiring an Analyst Accounts Payables (L1) in Islamabad. This role is crucial for managing payment activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, SLA’s, KPIs, and external financial regulations.
Reporting directly to the Manager Accounts Payable, you will play a key role in accurate invoice processing, taxation compliance, balance sheet quality, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly closing and accounts payable reporting
Ensure accurate Income Tax & Sales Tax withholding from payments
Conduct accounts payable analysis and aging reports
Handle foreign imports, services transactions, ICs, and LCs
Facilitate internal & external stakeholders in end-to-end processes
Ensure compliance with taxation laws, financial regulations, IFRS standards
Process invoices accurately as per defined checklists
Collaborate with vendors and departments for timely payments
Requirements
Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance OR membership in a professional accounting body
Experience in accounting and financial systems (Oracle is a plus)
Strong Microsoft Office, analytical, and communication skills
Knowledge of Accounts Payable best practices, KPI monitoring, stakeholder management
Familiarity with service center environment and IFRS accounting standards
