The selected candidate will work closely with our travel operations team and receive professional training to manage online bookings, customer support requests, travel documentation, and operational tasks across multiple departments.

Travel Operator Job Responsibilities
Ferry Tickets Department
Monitor and manage online ferry bookings
Handle customer requests such as ticket issuing, booking amendments, and cancellations
Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation
Car Rental & Hotel Department
Review and process online car rental and hotel reservations
Assist customers with booking updates and service requests
Ensure accurate data entry in booking systems
Tours & Transfers Department
Coordinate with tour and transfer providers
Issue travel vouchers and confirmations
Manage travel arrangements and customer requests
Accounting Department
Generate invoices and financial documents
Verify payments, refunds, and account clearings
Maintain financial accuracy within the system
Call Center Support
Receive customer calls and provide professional travel support
Address travel queries, booking issues, and service requests
Document and forward requests to the appropriate department
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Travel-related education from Tourism Colleges or Universities is a plus
1 Year Experience in Customer Support or Data Entry
Typing Speed: 40–60 Words Per Minute
Strong English Communication Skills (Written & Spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
