This exciting remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with expertise in freight forwarding, cargo management, export documentation, international shipping, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations. The selected candidate will manage daily freight activities through the Cargowise platform, ensuring accurate shipment tracking, documentation, compliance, and customer communication.
As a Cargowise Specialist, you will coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and global partners to facilitate smooth cargo transportation. Responsibilities include shipment booking, freight tracking, export compliance, customs documentation, customer support, and logistics reporting.
Candidates with strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, freight transportation, customs clearance, shipping management software, logistics technology, and supply chain management will have a significant advantage. Experience with Cargowise, freight management systems, transportation management software (TMS), import/export operations, and customer service is highly preferred.
