- Maintain operational KPIs including MTTR, MTTP, CHI, and installation quality.
- Ensure timely maintenance of copper and fiber network infrastructure.
- Improve customer experience through preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate network infrastructure mapping.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Reduce complaints and improve service quality.
