AFeroz & Co is hiring an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager (Medical Devices) to lead sales growth and business development activities across the North Region of Pakistan, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and surrounding areas.
This exciting healthcare sales opportunity is ideal for professionals with proven expertise in medical device sales, hospital sales management, healthcare business development, and B2B medical equipment marketing. The selected candidate will play a key role in promoting advanced medical devices, strengthening relationships with healthcare institutions, and achieving strategic sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
✔ Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare organizations.
✔ Build strong relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, procurement departments, and hospital management teams.
✔ Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in assigned territories.
✔ Develop sales strategies to increase revenue growth and customer retention.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✔ 4–5 years of mandatory experience in medical device sales.
✔ Previous sales coverage experience in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and North Region Pakistan.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✔ Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories.
