MIRARI FURNITURE is hiring an experienced Production Team Lead to oversee daily operations in its furniture manufacturing facility located in Burhan near Hasanabdal. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in furniture production, factory operations, team supervision, woodworking, quality control, and production management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production floor activities, supervising craftsmen and machine operators, ensuring quality standards, controlling material wastage, and meeting delivery deadlines. Candidates with experience in custom furniture manufacturing, woodworking operations, and production planning will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise day-to-day production activities on the factory floor
✔ Manage carpenters, machine operators, joiners, polishers, upholsterers, and helpers
✔ Monitor production workflow and remove operational bottlenecks
✔ Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing processes
✔ Coordinate cutting, machining, sanding, polishing, upholstery, quality control, and dispatch operations
✔ Control material wastage and improve production efficiency
✔ Maintain workplace discipline, safety, and cleanliness
✔ Report production progress, delays, and operational issues to management
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of furniture manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of solid wood furniture production
- Experience in joinery, machining, sanding, polishing, and assembly
- Ability to read drawings, measurements, and job cards
- Leadership and team management skills
- Quality-focused and result-driven mindset
- Experience in luxury or custom furniture manufacturing is a plus
