The VP – Oracle Banking Payments Module (OBPM) role is designed for leaders who can drive large-scale banking transformation initiatives, manage digital banking platforms, and deliver world-class payment solutions across global banking networks.
This senior leadership position requires deep techno-functional expertise in Oracle Banking Payments, core banking systems, API integrations, payment processing, and digital banking transformation. The successful candidate will lead strategic modernization projects while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and industry standards.
The selected professional will manage complete project lifecycles including requirement gathering, solution design, system integration, testing, UAT, data migration, cutovers, post go-live support, and platform stabilization. The role also involves collaboration with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and international banking partners.
Candidates must possess strong experience in Oracle Banking Payments Module (OBPM), payment systems implementation, ISO 20022 messaging standards, SWIFT integrations, host-to-host banking integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies. Experience managing multi-country banking transformation programs will be highly valued.

- Lead large-scale Oracle Banking Payments deployments.

- Support OBPM production environments and platform maintenance.
