Key Responsibilities
As an Integration Specialist, you will:
- Design and maintain integrations between ServiceTitan and business applications.
- Configure APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native connectors.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve data synchronization issues.
- Document system workflows and data mapping processes.
- Support onboarding of newly acquired business locations.
- Improve data accuracy through quality assurance and validation.
- Work with AI-powered automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, IT, and vendor support teams.
