Job Responsibilities
The Affiliate Manager will recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates and content creators. The role involves building strong creator relationships, negotiating partnership terms, monitoring campaign performance, and developing strategies to increase sales through TikTok Shop.
You will also:
- Manage affiliate partnerships and creator accounts.
- Identify and recruit new TikTok Shop affiliates.
- Track sales, conversions, revenue, and campaign performance.
- Optimize affiliate marketing campaigns using performance data.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams.
- Prepare affiliate performance reports.
- Monitor TikTok trends and social commerce opportunities.
- Ensure affiliate activities follow brand and platform policies.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience in affiliate management, account management, sales, online marketing, or performance marketing. Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or social commerce is highly valuable.
Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are important for this remote position.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, although relevant practical experience may also be considered.
