Oxiliry is hiring a talented professional to lead its Amazon business operations and drive long-term e-commerce growth. This full-time remote position is ideal for candidates with strong experience in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon SEO, Amazon PPC, product listing optimization, and team leadership.

As an Amazon Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete performance of the Amazon store while managing daily operations and leading a team of e-commerce professionals. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in optimizing product listings, increasing sales, maintaining account health, and improving profitability.

The selected candidate will manage Amazon Seller Central operations, monitor business performance metrics, develop revenue growth strategies, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies. You will also collaborate with marketing, inventory, finance, customer support, and design teams to improve the customer experience and maximize business performance.

One of the key responsibilities includes optimizing Amazon product listings using advanced Amazon SEO techniques. You will oversee product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, A+ Content, product images, and keyword strategies to improve organic rankings and conversion rates.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon stores through Amazon Seller Central. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication skills, and experience managing e-commerce teams are essential.
