As an Assistant O&M Engineer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, replacing spare parts, preparing maintenance reports, and ensuring maximum turbine performance while following the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, renewable energy systems, wind turbine technology, preventive maintenance, field engineering, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) maintenance.
- Conduct inspections according to company standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software faults.
- Replace faulty components and spare parts.
- Monitor and analyze wind turbine operational data.
- Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance schedules.
- Manage warehouse inventory, tools, and spare parts.
- Prepare daily and weekly maintenance reports.
- Follow all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.
- Complete additional engineering and maintenance tasks assigned by management.
