The selected candidate will manage company-owned and leased vehicles, monitor fuel consumption, supervise drivers, coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance, oversee Head Office security operations, manage CCTV surveillance systems, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards. The role also includes preparing operational reports, controlling costs, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits and compliance reviews.
Candidates should possess strong team management, coordination, analytical reporting, ERP, administration, security management, fleet operations, compliance, vehicle maintenance, facilities management, and leadership skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Fleet Management, Administration, Facilities Management, or Corporate Security.
