Key Responsibilities

The selected Personal Assistant will provide executive and administrative support to the company’s leadership team. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Managing executive calendars and appointments.
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating communications.
  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Organizing travel arrangements and business schedules.
  • Maintaining confidential records and important documents.
  • Supporting daily executive operations efficiently.
  • Assisting the CEO during business meetings and official travel when required.

This role may require occasional travel within Pakistan. All approved business travel expenses are covered by the company.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience in executive or administrative support (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email management, spreadsheets, and productivity tools.
