Key Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships and generate business opportunities.
- Recruit top Accounting & Finance professionals.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Utilize ATS platforms and recruiting software.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Achieve recruitment and revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of staffing agency recruiting experience.
- Full-desk recruiting expertise.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Experience managing candidate pipelines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Accounting & Finance recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar ATS platforms.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
