Job Overview
VASL is searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist with practical experience in full-charge bookkeeping and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, expense tracking, payroll support, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Maintain bookkeeping records and accounting ledgers
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
- Maintain organized accounting documentation
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
- Good communication and Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Google Sheets
