Key responsibilities
→Drive business growth through new partnerships, retail expansion, and diversified sales channels
→Oversee all departments including marketing, operations, and logistics for seamless execution
→Manage and monitor team performance, productivity, and accountability across all levels
→Identify operational gaps and implement efficient systems to improve productivity and scale
→Work closely with founders to align and execute strategic business objectives
→Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clinics, and strategic partners
