Key Responsibilities
The Territory Sales Supervisor will manage franchise and retail operations, conduct market visits and retail audits, monitor stock availability, develop the retail and distribution network, and work toward monthly sales KPIs.
Key areas include JazzCash, prepaid and postpaid sales, recharge, remittances, MBB/data devices, retailer activation, franchise management, BTL activities, channel development, and territory performance.
The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with franchise owners and retailers, improving sales performance, monitoring KPIs, and identifying new opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
Candidates should have relevant sales management and channel development experience and the ability to manage targets from planning through execution. Experience with retail networks, distribution channels, JazzCash, prepaid/postpaid sales, remittances, or related telecom sales operations can be valuable.
The successful candidate should be proactive, responsible, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as with a team.
