360 Technologies is seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Manager – Employee Benefits & Pension Administration. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong expertise in pension fund management, payroll administration, employee benefits compliance, financial reporting, and ERP systems.

The selected candidate will be responsible for independently managing pension administration processes, employee benefit programs, payroll disbursement, accounts management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Applicants should possess excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, and experience working with pension administration software and financial data analysis tools.

Candidates with experience in large private organizations, public sector entities, statutory authorities, or regulated industries will have a competitive advantage. Experience coordinating with trustees, advisors, employers, and pension scheme members is highly desirable.

Eligibility Criteria

  • ACA or ACMA with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • MBA (Finance) with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of pension regulations, employee benefits, payroll management, and compliance requirements.
