Key Responsibilities
As a Listings Systems Specialist, you will work behind the scenes to manage property listing systems and software tools. Your daily tasks will include:
- Configuring properties inside HostAway, PriceLabs, Breezeway, and other PMS tools
- Managing Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and VRBO integrations
- Maintaining listing quality, pricing, taxes, amenities, and automation systems
- Supporting software developers with bug testing and reporting
- Troubleshooting sync errors and system integration issues
- Creating SOPs and documentation for operations workflows
Skills & Requirements
To qualify for this remote software support job, candidates should have:
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and system management skills
- Experience using PMS or channel management platforms
- Knowledge of remote work tools and productivity systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
