Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Manage complete accounting operations for the local licensed entity
- Handle inter-company reconciliations and expense verification
- Maintain fixed assets and balance sheet accounting
- Complete month-end and year-end financial closing
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
- Support consolidated group financial reporting
Tax & Corporate Compliance
- Manage tax compliance and financial regulations in Pakistan
- Develop effective tax planning and tax-saving strategies
- Identify and reduce tax risks and audit exposure
- Coordinate with tax authorities regarding audits and assessments
- Monitor changes in Pakistan tax laws and provide financial impact analysis
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Manage company bank accounts and financial transactions
- Handle daily payments, reimbursements, and petty cash operations
- Maintain strong treasury controls and cash flow systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- ACCA or CA qualification preferred
- Strong experience in accounting, taxation, and treasury management
- Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Banking, or Tech industries preferred
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Fluent English communication with international HQ teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented professional
