About the Role
As a Remote Talent Sourcer, you will become the first point of contact between candidates and Remote Raven. Your main responsibility will be high-volume outbound candidate sourcing through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, Indeed Resume, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and talent databases.
This is a performance-driven recruitment role where daily activity metrics, candidate engagement, and sourcing performance are tracked weekly. The ideal candidate should be motivated, organized, target-oriented, and comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day.

Main Responsibilities
Active Talent Sourcing
- Make 30–50+ outbound calls daily
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and ZipRecruiter
- Build strong candidate pipelines for multiple job openings
- Follow up with passive and active candidates consistently
Candidate Screening & Engagement
- Conduct professional phone interviews
- Evaluate skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability
- Explain compensation packages and role expectations clearly
- Maintain ATS records and candidate notes accurately
Pipeline Management
- Track sourcing KPIs and recruiting performance metrics
- Manage multiple recruitment searches simultaneously
- Deliver qualified candidate submissions on time
- Identify sourcing challenges and suggest hiring solutions
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers
- Share market insights and candidate feedback
- Represent Remote Raven professionally during every interaction
- Maintain excellent communication with hiring teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates applying for this remote recruitment job should have:
- Minimum 1 year of talent sourcing or recruiting experience
- Experience in outbound calling or high-volume communication roles
- Knowledge of ATS or CRM systems
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Indeed Resume, or ZipRecruiter
- Strong English communication and phone presence
- Quiet home office with stable high-speed internet
- Ability to work US Mountain Time hours
- Self-management and remote work discipline
