📋 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage daily AP/AR processing, payments & bank deposits ✅ Execute vendor reconciliations, ledger reviews & financial postings ✅ Perform SAP FI module transactions — posting, verification & reconciliation ✅ Handle WHT (Withholding Tax) & EOBI deductions per local regulations ✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reconciliations ✅ Support month-end closing — journals, accruals & adjustments ✅ Maintain audit-ready documentation for compliance reviews ✅ Process vendor payments, reimbursements & utility bills ✅ Generate ERP-based financial reports for management
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Strong command over SAP, ERP, AP/AR & reconciliations
- Solid knowledge of WHT, EOBI & financial compliance
- Excellent communication, ethics & attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines with accuracy & accountability
